The General is a member of the United States Air Force. His real name is unrevealed, but it is known he was the commander of a secret military experimental project that produced and tested the XJP Jet Pack with an unnamed colonel. The creation of the jet pack makes the General nostalgic for the "Buck Rogers" movie serials.
