Ginger was either an earlier incarnation or possibly an alternate reality counterpart of Ginger Grant, the Hollywood actress who ended up stranded on Gilligan's Island. Not much is known about her except she was a secretary, possibly from Los Angeles and possibly a co-worker of Bunny. Not much else is known about her.
