Dreama Denver is an actress, writer, personality, radio station owner and the wife of actor Bob Denver of "Gilligan's Island fame.
Not much is known about her life and career. She was born Dreama Diane Perry and studied to become an actress. She was starring in the Woody Allen play, "Play It Again, Sam" with Bob playing her husband when she fell in love with him. They were married in 1979 and were together until his death in 2005.
After marrying Bob, Dreama continued her acting career, appearing as an extra in a brunette wig in the episode Lovey's Secret Admirer on "Gilligan's Island." After the series ended, she co-starred with him in a TV pilot titled "Scamps" and later toured the U.S. and Canada successfully and happily with her husband for over a decade. She appeared starred in the reunion movie, The Harlem Globetrotters on Gilligan's Island as the Howell's assistant in 1981.
She and Bob had one son together, Colin Denver, and she was also stepmother to his other children, Patrick Denver, Megan Denver and Emily Denver. Both Dreama and Bob were very devoted to autism research and working with autistic children.
