Not much is known about William "Bill" Danch. Born May 14, 1910 in Hammond, Indiana, he was a writer, director and producer for numerous animated TV shows. His earliest credits were for the 1951 TV series, "Front Page Detective," and the screen-play for the movie, "Monster from the Ocean Floor." He also wrote episodes of "The Real McCoys" and "Death Valley Days" before moving on to Filmation Studios and writing for its animated television division. His body of work includes "Mister Magoo" with Jim Backus, the iconic 1967 to 1968 "Spider-Man" Tv series, "Sabrina and the Groovie Goolies," The New Adventures of Gilligan and both "Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids" and "The New Archie/Sabrina Hour" TV Series which he also served as associate producer. He passed away October 6, 2004 at the age of 94 in Ojai, California.
